Through our yearly "What Works" program, all attendees will have the opportunity to share in an open forum what is working well for them.  This is an invaluable tool for maintenance employees.


Our vendors display the latest custodial equipment, cleaning supplies and efficient methods for keeping our schools clean and safe.

Alabama School Plant Management Association

Since we began in 1984, We have become the "go to" resource for continuing education for the improvement of school maintenance and facilities.

We pride ourselves on connecting vendors with the maintenance and facility directors of various school systems across the state.We make this connection by hosting an annual conference at the Perdido Beach Resort located in Orange Beach Alabama.

Our organization has grown to contain almost 100 vendors and approximately 250 members.  Our vendors represent over 30 different areas of facility management.  Covering everything from architectural planning to the upkeep and operation of your facility.
