Maintenance

Through our yearly "What Works" program, all attendees will have the opportunity to share in an open forum what is working well for them.  This is an invaluable tool for maintenance employees.

Custodial

Our vendors display the latest custodial equipment, cleaning supplies and efficient methods for keeping our schools clean and safe.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for making the 2025 ASPMA conference such a great success.  This was the largest number of attendees that we have ever had.  Thanks first to Perdido Beach Resort's staff for their outstanding service.  As always, they were a true pleasure to work with.  Next, to all of our Vendors, you continue to provide outstanding products and quality services to our school systems.  This conference would not be possible without your support.  Last and most importantly, to all of our members.  I feel blessed to live in a state with the quality of people that Alabama school systems have serving our kids.  It has been a privilege to serve as your committee president these last two years, and we're all looking forward to our new President Barbara Snyder's leadership this year.  As great as this convention was, we are always looking for ways to make it better.  If you have any suggestions about changes that we can make or topics that you would like to hear discussed at next year's conference, please let us know.

Since we began in 1984, We have become the "GO TO" resource for continuing education for the improvement of school maintenance and facilities.

We pride ourselves on connecting vendors with the maintenance and facility directors of various school systems across the state.We make this connection by hosting an annual conference at the Perdido Beach Resort located in Orange Beach Alabama.

Our organization has grown to contain almost 100 vendors and approximately 250 members.  Our vendors represent over 30 different areas of facility management.  Covering everything from architectural planning to the upkeep and operation of your facility.

2026 ASPMA Conference April 19th - 22nd
